"They told us "Our dispatch fee to come out is $39 and we waive that towards any work or repairs, including diagnostics." The electrician went to check and stayed at the property for less than 5 mins after confirmation to do full diagnostic of the electrical system. I don't think less than 5 mins is enough to run a full diagnostic and later on advise to upgrade the whole panel."

Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"

"Expensive. Tech said he couldn't repair oven, did partially fix clothes dryer (button was wedged), but still charged both troubleshooting fee and repair fee cause he didn't fix the oven. I didn't give them a great review on a review site and they turned around and phoned me ASKING to to explain my low rating. For that reason alone, I'm dropping what I gave them on the other site from a 3 to a 1 here."

Appliance Repair. At Banks Appliance Service we repair Washers Dryers Ovens Dishwasher Refrigerators if you have any of these appilances in need of repair please give us a call!!!!!
"I will never recommwnd Banks applinances or Angi list to anyone. Preston come out on April 1st to repair refrigerator. Removed some Ice and left stating it was repaired. 3 days later called Preston again to report issues. He stated give it some time to see if it reoccurrs. I called him back on the 11th he came on the May 12th. While moving the refrigerator he DAMAGED my floor. He immediately told me my wife won't notice it and to cut another piece fron under the dishasher. Preston left and I reported to ANGI'S list whpn REFERRED him to me.. At that point he stated he would take responsiablilty for damages. Angi list representative Brittany stated agree to get his own contractor to repair after he didn't agree to my two estimates from Home Depot and Lowes. Preston's contractor did a no show on May 28th and on May 31th. Angis list wadn't helpful. ANGIS'S REFERRED HIM TO ME."
