"We had initially called to get an estimate for one window, Alex came out to meet with me and my husband, we talked to him about what we wanted, Alex took a look at the one window I was looking at replacing, my husband had already said we needed to get the siding done first, Alex took a look around the outside of the house and said, getting the window replaced would not make any sense, because the siding was in really bad shape, literally falling off the house, Alex talked to us about the benefits of replacing all of the windows and the siding, lowering our heating cost, and making our home more comfortable, also increasing the value of our home if we ever decide to sell. We were given an estimate for the work needed, I was really afraid of what may come up cost wise once they started the work, as I watch HGTV faithfully and I have seen how it goes, where the cost keeps going up. Everything we were told went as planned, we were told up front that we may need gutters, Yep we needed gutters, we had already factored the cost in. We had to delay the start date due to the weather, but once the rain had stopped Russ and his crew came out and the work went seamless, they showed up on time, worked till dark, and called me to let me know when they were leaving. The crew took pride in their work, if we had any questions or concerns, they put us at ease with their knowledge of how to do the job. They cleaned up as if they had never been here. We are really happy with the end result and so are our neighbors, several have asked if we were planning to sell. We gladly tell then NO! "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Excellent!!! Christopher Rubio was very responsive and kept me abreast of time of arrival throughout the day. He had a project in the morning and was coming to perform work for my mom later in the day. I was coming from an hour away so trying to coordinate time. He was very punctual and ended up waiting for me to arrive since I was delayed in traffic. Install went very well. We ran into a snag with one of the shower bars because the second stud could not be clearly identified, so Christopher immediately located a hardware store nearby and purchased tile anchors to secure bar into wall. He wanted to ensure that the bars installed were safe for my mom as if he were installing them for his mom or grandmother. He left the area clean and performed the job well. He made an elderly woman (my mom) very happy and I have piece of mind that my mom is safe having grab bars in her shower area. Thanks Christopher!
