"<p>Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! "My experience with On Call Plumbing was excellent. Ed went above and beyond to make sure that our plumbing was fixed and our water was back on the same day he came out. We had 3 breaks in our pipes requiring finding the leaks, removing brick from the exterior walls to repair 2 of the breaks, and mortaring all of the bricks back into place. This took 7 hours going until after dark. We greatly appreciated that Ed was determined to complete the entire job that day. He also made sure to put pipe insulation (which the builders did not) on the pipes and added extra insulation inside the exterior wall.
