"We had been wanting to do this for quite some time, and then I saw a special that Angie's List was running. Anyone who has dealt with any contractor, builder, repairman, handyman, etc. - especially in Memphis - knows it is totally common for people to just not show up, or be late, never call, on and on. These guys were awesome, were in and out when they said they would be, and communicated great. After it was done, we noticed after a month or so that there was a little rust showing around the drain. I held off from calling just to see what it would do, and the tub had had a small leak for a while (which was part of what caused the problem in the first place, along with years of chemical cleaners), and when I finally called about it, so much time had passed, if they had told me too bad, I probably would have said fair enough. I mean, we're talking 7 months. They came right out and redid it and its gorgeous. It is possible because of the roughness of the tub originally it needed extra thick glaze, I don't know, but these guys are tops in my book. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. "I contacted them via email and received a return phone call the next day. They came out approximately one week later to give me an estimate. He gave me a verbal estimate before he left and followed up with a written estimate in email about two days later. I assumed that painting my house meant painting my entire house such as doors and gutters but found out that was not included when we got the final bill. The charges for those things were extremely reasonable but I would have preferred being told up front that those would be an extra charge. Those extras added up to about $300 over the estimate. Had it been another $100 I might have had some heart burn about not being told before hand. Aside from that they were very quality conscious and made sure the job was done right and to our satisfaction. They were done in less than a week after I got the estimate. Very professional and customer service oriented. We are very happy with the outcome. Our home looks fantastic! I would use them agai"
