His enthusiasm and sincerity convinced me to hire him, and I was not disappointed, He arrived the next day, installed the mount and helped me with the rest of the TV installation and set up (even though the job quote just involved the wall mount and TV attachment). "Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."

"Hired to screen in a covered porch with two doors. One door was std size the other was oversized to allow us to pull in a patio table during the winter time. Sales person measured the table while he was here doing the estimate and I asked if the door size he specified would allow us to do this and he said it would. We could have made it as big as we wanted and were willing to pay for this option. After the initial install the small door must had damage on the finish. Installer spray painted it with brown paint that was not close to matching the original oil rubbed bronze finish. The time it too to get a call back to determine a resolution was very extended. They wanted to use spray paint on a new factory applied finish Vs replacing it with original new finish. They did finally order the factory finished part required for the repair. The larger door was undersized and the table would not fit through the door this fall when we winterized the patio. I sent an e-mail and left a voice mail. 48 hrs later I did receiver a reply to my e-mail that they would be in touch to come out to inspect. After two weeks I still had not been contacted and asked for the installers cell phone so I could contact him to set up a time for him to come out. The response was in essence, "They are to busy right now to get involved to resolve this and would be in touch when they had time to do so." Needless to say I am very disappointed. Update 1/14/20 They never contacted me and as of 1-13-2021 I never heard from them."

We had Higinio look at.the situation and he came up with a perfect solution. Professional work and unsightly peeling film now hidden and rotting wood removed and replaced. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Due to a hailstorm in Spring 2017, the vinyl siding of our home had been damaged and had been recommended for full replacement by our insurance. For about a year, we contemplated between the options of replacing the siding with vinyl or upgrading to James Hardie siding, the latter being twice the insurance proceeds. Re-side was one of the local contractors listed on the James Hardie website as an approved installer for this type of siding. The owner, David Mills explained in great detail the features of JH siding, the need to replace some of the house trim to boral and how the entire project would proceed from start to finish. From the first time we met him, David came across as a reliable and trustworthy individual and made us feel comfortable in handling a complex and expensive job such as this. The whole process took approximately 10 work days. His team removed and replaced our old vinyl siding with James Hardie plank, added new boral trim and exhaust vents, repainted all the exterior trim, garage door and added new gutters and downspouts. The crew was extremely professional and courteous and did an excellent job. The end result looks fantastic and was worth the extra money. I would highly recommend this company for the high quality of their work and professionalism."
