"Crossroads poly lift crew drilled into my ductwork twice. I had to hire a third party to jack hammer my concrete to remove and replace the pipe. This cost twice as much as original work. I now have a third company putting in foundation piers. This third company has shown me voids where Crossroads failed to poly lift the foundation. Thus, they did not fulfill the work contract. I am considering legal action against Crossroads."

Over the first several months that we lived in the home, we found that the previous owners had intentionally attempted to cover up many water issues in the basement and crawlspace.
