"Scott sealed the two settlement cracks in the walls of the basement and sealed one settlement crack in the rear of the home that was letting in water and also sealed a crack above the basement easement window. The settlement crack in the rear of the home was repaired on the outside because the basement is finished and we couldn't get to the crack from the inside without major reconstruction of the finished basement.
