"It is unusual today to deal with a company that just gets it. It being conducting business, be it a new install or repair, with the customer first and foremost in mind. Dustin, my first contact with the company, did a superb job of presenting the benefits of their system, in a personable, yet profession manner, without any sign of pressure. Additionally, I had a minor repair issue, called Dustin and he had a tech at my house the same day. The repair tech was nice, knowledgeable and cleaned up the work area when he was finished. I cannot recommend these folks more highly!!"

"Favio did all the plumbing work from rough to finish new construction home. I have never seen any subcontractor who is so responsible and so good with his work. I didn't have to worry he is going to show up because he was always there really early and started his work. The quality of work is just amazing and clean and neat. He knows so much more that I took his word and everytime, I was amazed. He so good that I almost don't want to share him with other client but I do because he is that good not to recommend to other people. I think anybody who hired him and experience Water Flow, know what I'm saying."
