"I was in the market for a water softener to which a sales person arrived to give me a quote. Infinity installs kinetico water treatment systems which is a proprietary system that you cannot work on. If you attempt to work on it yourself, you void the warranty of the system. They provided me with a quote of $3,600 for the softener, dechlorinator, and RO system which was a fair deal in my opinion. The only reason why I did no go with the company is that their service charge is $187 for each visit. That combined with the price of kinetico parts that are way more expensive than other brands. I m sure it s a great water softener, but the service charge fee is more then 3 times more than other competitors in the area."

"January 3rd, Attempted to chat online first with a representative. They were very responsive and able to answer my questions. Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. The Technicians were honest and up front - they diligently took care of the problem upstairs, told me everything else looked good elsewhere, showed me where grass had grown over the drainage from the back yard to the front, checked my water heater as a precaution. They were fair in their pricing and even offer a 5-year preventative maintenance plan that is extremely economical. "The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."
