About us: "From the moment our company was founded by Jeff Metz in 1999, weÂ’ve been focused on people over profits. After recognizing a void of reputable and reliable home service companies, we started the company we wished would exist. The kind of business that always has a person answer the phone, calls when theyÂ’re on the way, and wonÂ’t bill you more because the sun is down. A team that stands behind their work with fair, consistent pricing and a workmanship guarantee."

"On 12/15/22, my 25 year old A. O. Smith tank water heater decided to 'retire' from service, leaving me without hot water until today, 12/28/22. After a detailed consultation with owner Lanney Ogletree on 12/23/22, technician Kyle came out today (12/28) and installed a beautiful Bradford White tank water heater and I had HOT water within 30 minutes. A previous competitor company quoted a price range that was more than double what I paid to Purewater Plumbing. Kyle was very prompt for the appointment, explained throughout the install the 'why's' and 'wherefore's' of the process, educated me about maintenance going forward, and was an all around gentleman and scholar! I am so glad I did my research and feel I received a great installation for a very fair, competitive, affordable price. After 13 days of being in 'Little House on The Prairie' mode with no running hot water, I can once again luxuriate in my nice warm tub baths - Yes!! I am very pleased and grateful. Purewater Plumbing and Water Purification LLC is a keeper - THANK YOU!"

"I would highly recommend Keith from Sears Plumbing. I had him install a new Water Pressure Reducing Valve (PVR) in a rental property we have. Keith promptly scheduled with our tenant and our tenant reported that he showed up on time, and was super courteous, prompt and kind. I checked out the job completion and I'm very happy with the result. I feel that a lot of plumbers really take advantage of customers on this particular repair, but Keith charged a fair and reasonable amount for this repair. There was one other minor issue that we had him look at with a slow shower faucet leaking, and he took care of this as well! I don't think you'll go wrong hiring Sears Plumbing for your plumbing needs!"
