We attempted to contact eight Pueblo and Pueblo West Companies to clear the tall grass, weeds, and brush that was rapidly overtaking our desert landscaped property. We sent them all a brief standardized description of the work and the land areas involved. Jen2 alone, responded immediately, came out the same day to estimate the work, and a week later our acre size yard was restored and cleared, and we were delighted with the work done. The other service companies contacted either failed to respond altogether or sent prefabricated emails and text messages within the time it took Jen2 to finish the work. Jim was actually sent over by another plumber who could not get to my job right away. Jim showed up, looked at the job, we talked about the options and he gave me a bid. Let to get the new water heater. We back in about thirty minutes. He had to make some changes to the water and gas lines. Added shut offs and installed new one. Took the time to explain operation and maintenance of the new one. Cleaned up the work site. Removed all debris and old water heater. I was impressed with his work and his attitude.

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"RSI was quick, efficient, and very professional.  the best part was by hiring RSI we were introduced to Milo Valezuela, an employee at RSI who not only assisted with the replumb, but was also responsible for repairing all of the drywall that they had to remove in order to install the new water lines throughout the house.
Milo did such a fantastic job of repairing all of the drywall and perfectly matching the finish coat that you could not tell where the replumb had been done once the work was complete.  As a result, we hired him to do the drywall and finish work for a a complete kitchen remodel that we performed, and once again the end product was excellent.
