"David replaced our old water heater with an efficient heater that saved us hundreds of dollars. He was friendly and very respectful as he explained our issue and how he would solve it. Ps. David also removed our old water heater with no problem. He did the entire job in a timely manner."

"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"These guys are great. Developed a major water leak on Saturday of the Easter weekend. They came to the house within an hour of the call. They needed a part that was not easy to find and they went searching over westchester on a Saturday afternoon until they found it. I thought we would not have running water until Monday but they got it done. Worked until late and the water was running by dinner. They are highly professional and nice people who got the job done. They left everything neat and tidy. I would highly (highly) recommend them. This is from a guy who never posts comments on web sets."

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"Wilson was extremely professional. He came to my condo to make repairs to two toilets. Wilson did a great job. He explained what needed repair, showed me the parts he replaced and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely hire him again."

"My old boiler was 53 years old! On its last legs. I got In town plumbings number from a neighbor who had her boiler installed by them. I called and the next day Guy was in my home assessing my situation. The next day I had a reasonable quote and the next week he was ordering my new boiler. He installed a new boiler and water tank in a day and a half! With his two employeesâ ¦.Frank and Carl. All these guys are amazing. Full disclosure I am a pain in the behind retired police officer. I ask all the silly questions. And Guy answered them all. This experience with our new boiler could not have gone better. I could go on and on. I highly recommend them for any plumbing situation."

"Simple water heater replacement but Kevin Rudy and team did a great job and left me confident for the next 10 years of reliable hot water."

"Overall, they did a nice job of installing a pressure release valve. The sole negative was the guy assigned to the job couldn't find our house, (and it's easy to find even without gps). The owner/boss, Lou, is a pleasure to do business with."

"Communication was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from Kevin who came out for my initial consultation to Payal and Liz in the office, Robert who came out and helped us choose where everything would go and of course Derek and his crew who did the installation. They were on time and finished early the work is beautiful and the system is working beautifully so far!"

"Affordable Heating and Cooling did an amazing job installing my new split system on New Years Eve!! Dave the owner, was in constant communication with me from start to finish and was meticulous with all aspects of the project. They were very neat and cleaned everything back to the way it looked before the project began. A pleasure to work with and he even gave me a bunch of free advise about other aspects of my nearly 100 year old heating system. They will be my first call if I have any other heating or cooling needs!"
