"Everything went as they said it would. They did inadvertently cut a TV cable during the install but paid for repairs in two days. Great company to do business with and would recommend to anyone
"

"I was very impressed with how responsive they were. They were able to get started very quickly, and completed the job in two days. I was impressed with how well the crew interacted; they all worked hard and seemed to get get along well with each other. An architect neighbor also was impressed with their work and asked for their business information for his future use. The work they did was top quality. They went above and beyond what I'd expected, and fixed a big problem with a leaky skylight.
"

"When we first looked to having this work done we called two local contractors who had been recommended by local flooring supply contractors. They either did not show up for an estimate and/or return our calls. Next we signed up for Angie's list and contacted Bob because he had a good rating.

Bob was very good to work with and communicated with us at every step. When we were going to get our estimate done, he called that morning and asked to reschedule so he could finish another job that day. The day of the estimate he could keep the original time, but was also in our area and could come earlier. He figured the price while he was there and offered us a list of references - both customers and businesses. We agreed on the price and he came by the next day with a contract - which included an approximate date. We paid half up front.

The week of the work we called him and explained our renters had scheduled a party for that Saturday. He assured me the work would be done by Friday. The next day he called and let us know he would drop off his trailer on Wednesday evening and his crew would complete the job by Thursday evening.

The crew showed up Thursday morning and did the work quickly and nicely. They were very polite and helpful, getting me measurements so I could pick up new thresholds that day, which they also installed. By late afternoon they had finished the work, cleaned up all the debris, and tidied up the leftover flooring. They did a walk through with the tenants (I was unavailable). I called him that evening. We set an appointment the next day and did a walk through and I paid him the second half of the contracted amount.

When we need any flooring work done in the future, he will be the first one we call. I was exceptionally happy with the work he did and the way he kept in touch with us. He answered his phone or called us. I highly recommend working with ACB Construction."

"Rodrick Paulson has become more involved in construction rather than landscaping and was highly recommended by Tad Hoskins who has a handyman service to fix my skylight. They came over made temporary repairs and returned today and quickly put the new unit in, cleaned up inside and out and scheduled a return visit to make sure things are right. This is a very competent polite young man who charges a fair price for services rendered.
"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Crosby, MN

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
