My pump is ~10 yrs old, so I was not expecting a pleasant outcome. Blane Greenhaw and an assistant showed up and within thirty minutes had my pump running at the minimum service charge. They were not actually working for us. In addition, the whole process was frustrating because appointments were made with us, where we canceled plans and they never showed or called. They removed equipment before it was dry and then covered themselves by putting it back in. At the end of the day our house is dry as is our bank account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
