"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.   <br /> I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!   <br /> <br /> I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion.. <br /> <br /> Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

"They did a great job with the installation of the ceiling fan and light fixture.  They cleaned up well after their work.  The caulking in the bathroom was done nicely except that the color of the caulk did not match exactly with what we had.  Unfortunately, they were not able to complete everthing:  They were not able to fix the sealant around the bathroom door, install a doorknocker, and could not retouch scratchs on the baseboards.  We were supposed to have the supplies for them to complete the work.  I did not have any baseboard puddy. The screw for the doorknocker was too small for our door and they did not have any screws with them that would have worked.  They also asked to take a sample of the silicon sealant wtih them to a complany that deals with shower doors and get back to us.  We never did get the sample they took.  They had called us a couple of weeks later saying that they could not come back and fix the bathroom door seal. <br />"

"This is the second time we've hired Ted Strauss and Florida Fence and Screen and we've been delighted with the work both times.  The first job they completed for us was at our home in Tallahassee where they framed and screened our back porch.  They were prompt with the estimate and very knowledgeable when discussing how to maximize the view and minimize the framing.  They had to special order screening for the job and kept us updated regularly about the timing of the job.  When the workers arrived, they were quick, kept the job site clean, and did an excellent job.  We were so pleased with the work at our house, we contacted them to see if they would do our beach house near Rosemary Beach.  They were willing to do so and gave us a very competitive estimate.  The workers completed the job at the beach house with no supervision from us.  We were not present when they did the work.  When we arrived at the beach house we found they had done a perfect job.  Everything was exactly as I requested.  The screening is beautiful.  I highly recommend this company."
