"Backyard Ponds of Beltsville, MD., installed my koi pond 2 years ago, replacing one that was horribly installed by another local landscaping company. They were quick, cleaned up when done and gave me an exceptional deal. I called them back this year to clean the pond. They emptied the pond, contained the fish and scrubbed it squeaky clean. "The actual construction on the walls was done well for the most part. A couple over-cuts were found but these were fixed quickly with no hassle what so ever. However, the walls were built per the MD Pools plans which should have changed when the pool was put in higher than planned. Bob, the owner, seemed to know that the decking would be 9" higher than expected but built the walls per the plans anyway. This meant that we had one small wall which serves no purpose and had to pay $1000 to add a row of block to make the long wall high enough to sit on. Everything else about Artistic was so professional but it was really annoying that Bob didn't talk to us about the pool elevation change which he seemed to know but we didn't."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
