"As promised, I received a call when to expect the plumber. The repair required 2 parts. After making a phone call, the plumber was to get one of the parts. One part was incorrect, so the tech did not charge for the extra hour it took him to get them. If you want or need a dependable group of plumbers, please try McMahon. Ann Marie, Mike, Tim and Chris, took care of all my needs and charged what I feel to be a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any work you may need. I'll be dealing with people that know what they are doing, and charging a fair price for the work!"

"Paul and associates did a terrific job. The installation went very well. The unit used was not the typical unit because our house I'd so large. Paul utilized a hot water distributor from our old hot water heater. We now have instant hot water all over the house.
I will use Surfside in the future!

"Technician stated hot water heater needed to be total replaced due to normal wear and tear. Hot water heater is initially the hot water heater installed in 1999 when home was built. Choice Home Warranty denied the claim after several years of being a loyal customer, making payments on- time every month. What is the use of having this warranty for times as this and when you need them, they denied the claim? Although the service was good, response time adequate, providing the services needed when your appliance break down and being denied repairs was disappointing and devastating, especially when coronavirus is rampant and you really need your hot water to wash clothes, dishes, bath, shower, and remain sanitary. I am so heart broken because I live on a fixed income and am disable, and can’t afford to purchase a hot water heater at this time. They determined that the water heater was not operating properly as a result of a lack of effective maintenance of the unit. What a crock!"
