Here’s why: The following dialog occurs AFTER Joe has been to my home to look at the job and provide an estimate. As a sidenote, Joe showed up at my door, I pointed to the ceiling access to my furnace and he looked at me, embarrassed, and said, oh, I didn’t bring a ladder, it’s being used at another job. He responded to my phone call & texts in a reasonable amount of time, arrived on the nose, had all the tools required for the job, did an excellent installation in exactly the time alloted, and did not waste unnecessary time chitchating ."
