They fixed it rather quickly, but when the problem reappeared, they made good on their work and came back just as quickly and didn't charge any extra even though they did a lot more work on the second try. Nothing drips now and everything is working just fine. I would definitely call them anytime we have a plumbing issue, and highly recommend them."

"We had water backing up and draining slowly so we thought we needed the pipes snaked out. We called Next Plumbing and spoke to Michelle, who was very friendly and helpful. We were pleased that they were able to send someone out just an hour later. She also forwarded us an email with an appt. confirmation and even a picture of the plumber who would be showing up. That was a nice touch. Billy arrived promptly, put on shoe protectors and got to work figuring out the problem. He ran a camera down in the pipes and was able to discover a broken pipe. He was very good about showing us pictures and explaining what work needed to be done. He also discovered the toilet in the spare bathroom was broken (the tank had broken away from the bowl and was slowly leaking). An expense we weren't counting on but he replaced it for us right on the spot. He was here on a Thursday and came back on Monday to replace the broken pipe, again showing us picture of everything he did. He had to dig up a couple bushes to do the work and did a really nice job putting everything back in place. We would not hesitate to hire Next Plumbing and Billy again in the future."

After pretty much a total remodel of both bathrooms and the kitchen, we experienced a homeowners nightmare...a plumber was doing periodic maintenance on our cast iron infrastructure when a pipe broke. After analyzing solutions with them, which included knocking out walls in both bathrooms, the owner handed us off to APEX. Joe and Mike came over to the house and examined what we had & took pictures. After running cameras through everything, they developed a hybrid solution that involved undermining accessible pipes and replacing with minimal intrusion as well as refurbishing and epoxy coating the remaining small segments of cast iron that would remain. Joe sat down at our dining room table and mapped it all out; showing us video of each problem point as well as what was salvageable & gave us a price. We signed off on it. With much apprehension on our part knowing our home was about to be dissected, Elliot and John arrived to start work. They were prompt, respectful, & empathetic to our dilemna. They were also insistent about putting protective paper down everywhere they worked to protect the flooring. At the end of the day, they swept, vacuumed, and mopped any debris that was remaining. This was the standard throughout the entire engagement. Their workmanship and attention to detail was spot on. All of Joe’s guys were phenomenal.
