"First of all I have never used Angie's list but I needed a plumber in a pinch. When Joe called me to inquire about my job I could tell right away he was knowledgeable of his trade, on top of that honest and of good character. We discussed what my issue was and he was able to come over and take a look. Initially what we thought was the issue was something else due to the age of my home and plumbing. He tried very hard to fix the issue but we both soon realized it was more than just a easy fix. We discussed it and he did not even charge for the work done but gave me a very fair estimate of what it would cost to resolve my issues. We set up a date and he was on time and did everything he said he would working with us on the budget we had and was always honest showing us every step of the way what he was dealing with as again our house is very old and in many cases still some of the original plumbing. He went above and beyond expectations!! Definitely would recommend and use him again!!"

Jim and Steve were courteous and quickly completed the jobs. Jim came back in from talking to Scott and told me $0 for today. Very unexpected, and hesitate to put this piece out there at the risk that Scott will no charge everyone. Of course, when I get the new faucets, I will definitely use them to install.
