While other companies were charging $2500-$3000 (a $700 water heater and an hour or two of work) , Mike offered me a very fair quote and saved me a ton of money AND time. Mike was friendly and to the point with the repair. He had an apprentice Eli with him, who was very kind & playful with my toddler. "Installation went very well, but at the end I noticed the floor anchors are sticking out too much and the caps are not covering them. After I asked the installer if he can trim it, he said he doesn’t have hand saw and cannot use his power saw to do it. He told me I will have to buy my own saw and cut it myself. That defeats the purpose of hiring and paying for a professional to do their job!"

"I called this company to jet my sewer line, they did it and damaged my sewer tile in the process...the jetting only lasted 7 months and I called them back, this time they rodded it, at additional cost of 335.00, then sent a camera to check the line, and that is when the damaged was exposed. If you have this company do your work, make them send the camera down the sewer line BEFORE AND AFTER they perform the work because they will deny any damage that they caused. I called this company because of a referral that they were Christians...God sees all!"

"My mother contacted Four Seasons Heating and Cooling on 01/26/2026 for a water leak. What should have been a simple service call turned into them replacing her boiler?something that was not needed. The technician arrived at 8:00 a.m. and instead of shutting the water off, allowed it to continue leaking for approximately three hours while he tried to determine ?how my mother?s credit was? so they could charge her for additional work. He even made the comment, ?Oh, there is no way you could afford this in cash,? which was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.
