"In general J&S Plumbing is very responsive, they went out of their way to install a new water heater for us, in a tight space, within just a couple days of my first call. As for plumbing services, they mentioned that they do not charge extra for work in the evenings or on weekends, which many other companies do. The first power-vented water heater they put in had an issue with condensation drip-back, which caused the burner to have intermittent problems keeping the pilot light going. J&S was very professional and responsive to the problem. A month after the initial install, they ended up replacing with another brand new water heater, quickly and at no cost to us."

"Tech performed service per protocols. He informed me that the water line to the attached humidifier was brittle and needed to be replaced. This was an expensive repair but I was offered a discount. Per their points inspection, the Tech verified that there was no gas leak from my water heater. The thermostat was not inspected since it is functioning and we are observing COVID recommendations. I was given a five-hour window for the Tech to arrive. This is the longest time frame ever. I assume that the extra COVID procedures are the reason. The Tech was professional and respectful of home COVID measures."

"Mike and helper came out on a Sunday (no extra charge) and installed a new water heater. Wanted some extra work done and sent Mike some pictures of the work. Once he surveyed the extra work he explained how much more it would be, so we decided to hold off on that portion of work for now. Couple of issues came up after they left. I noticed scratch marks on the top perimeter of the tank. I believe they came from the sawzall used to open the box the water heater was in. Also, the trim on the top step of the stairs was cracked. I believe this happened when the old tank was being removed with the dolly. No big deal, just a notification would have been nice. Would use Wagner Plumbing again if needed."
