Kevin came out to give us a quote and we didn't feel rushed as we tried to agree on what we actually wanted. When it came time to decide how to pay, you can pay in full or finance. We gave a deposit and decided to pay in full at the end of the project, so the materials were ordered. Material arrived on time, we scheduled the installation, and we pulled the dream installation team of Bill and Lennon. These two were amazing, they took out the old tub/shower and had the new walk-in shower installed in day one. They were very professional, personable, and knew what they were doing. They were back on day two to install the floor, vanity, linen closet, mirror, and towel bars. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Both my husband and I would highly recommend this company if you were thinking about making a change in your bathroom(s). Added plus to all of this, they have a lifetime warranty on their products and workmanship!!!"

"David gave me what I thought was a fair price for the work to be done. He asked for 1/2 up front. As a previous small business owner I did not feel this was unreasonable so I paid him 500.00. He estimated the work would take 3 to four days and I thought the same. After several no shows the "mason" showed up. The first clue was he came in a car. According to my wife he was here 2 hours and left, came back for another 2 hours the next day and left again. He said nothing to my wife about leaving or when he would be back. David called a day later to ask about coming out to look over the job and get the rest of the other 500.00. I said he isn't finished and he's only been here 4 hours. So then I looked up the prevailing wage in IL for a mason and found out it is 28.50 an hour. The next day the guy comes back for another 3 hours. David came to look at the work and I walked him around and showed him all of the places that had not been done. So the guy comes back again for about an hour. All told it was 8 hours work, nothing to write home about but it was agreed up front that I wasn't looking for an exposed brick look. I need it tuck pointed well enough so that I could drylock and paint the exposed brick. I will say this was done in the end. The worker left a mess that I and my wife had to clean up, I pointed this out to David as well. I told him I felt he was overly paid for the amount of work preformed and that was the end of it. It's really to bad. It's difficult to get contractors to do small jobs and I had plenty for him to do. I'm not unhappy, just would not hire again"

"Sal was recommended to us by a friend that found him here on Angie's List. We had him completely gut our bathroom to the studs. Overall he did a great job. Everything was undated that needed to be including plumbing, exhaust fan, mold resistant wet area dry wall etc. The shower he built turned out perfect and we get compliments from everyone thats sees it. At first we thought his price was a little high, but we are so glad we went with him. You actually do get what you pay for. I gave him a "B" under responsiveness only because we had to wait approx 6 weeks for him to schedule the work. With that said it is a good comfortable feeling to know that he is that busy and in such a high demand. I would recommend Scott to anybody that wants a honest quality job done at an affordable price point.

"She was fine. We were working long distance and communication took place via phone and email. I would not ever hire someone long distance again for design work unless I see something on their website that is exactly what I like. She was very responsive though and she provided us with pictures of sample furniture and physical designs. I gave her a 'B' because she didn’t take a lot of time to customize the plan to our style. I expected her to adapt to our style, but instead she tried to make our living room fit her style. She seems to have a look that is her style and we actually asked her re-do the plan a few times before we got something usable. In the end, she is very good at what she does and she is very professional, but her design style doesn’t fit our way of living."
