"Shawn has came out twice to my house through my Home Warranty company. He has always been professional, on time, and always very communicative. The first time was to repair an external water line and got me up and running with water as quickly as possible. Then, my water heater was leaking and he came out on 4/18/20 and gave me a full breakdown on how the installation will work, about warranties, and set me up a time to come on Monday 4/20/20. He messaged me later on Saturday and said he wanted me to have hot water quickly so asked if he could come on Sunday. I told him that would be great. "A plumber came to my home and said he could not clear the blockage and that I needed to replace part of my main sewer line. I called ECR to get a quote for this job. Jeremy called me back and came out less than 2 hours later. He offered to try and clear the blockage and said if he was unable to, then there would be no charge. He then looked around my yard and found a cleanout under my house. Three plumbers had previously told me that I didn't have a cleanout by the house and that it would cost $1500-$2200 to install one. Next, Jeremy went to work on the blockage and he cleared it out! He located the area of the block and told me that I would only need to replace a small section, about a fourth of what I was told. I was quoted $3600-$4500 to install a new sewer line section and Jeremy charged me less than half of what I had previously paid to clear a blockage. I will probably still need to replace part of my main sewer line, but now I have some time to make the plans, and needless to say, ECR will be the ones I call. Jeremy was professional, polite, hard-working and he got the job done. His assistant was just as good. A nightmare turned into something I can manage, thanks to ECR. They rock!!! I have dealt with three other plumbers and my experiences were one was okay but unable to do the job, one was late and unable to do the job, and one charged me more than 3 times what I paid ECR.
