"Everything went very well from the detailed estimate to the completion of the work (on time). I was a bit anxious when I started this process but working with Terry and Steven was far better than I anticipated and all my worries were unnecessary. I am very pleased with the results."

"I had a 50-year-old house with a cinderblock basement wall that had water slowly coming through. I researched the various firms that did waterproofing and had three highly rated firms come out for an estimate. The first contractor didn’t even bring a flashlight and just looked around and said to keep an eye on it. The second gentlemen did provide detailed estimate and carefully explained the problem. Randy, the owner, from Chamberlin Washington provided a similar diagnosis and estimate. His estimate was not only a little less expensive but he looked at the entire house and found other things that could use some maintenance. This is what I liked about Randy – he looked at the whole house and discovered several smaller things that should be fixed to avoid issues down the road. These were all things I knew about already but I’m glad someone took the time to examine the entire house and not just the one issue I was having. We had then not only waterproof the outside wall but also fill the expansion joints in our patio and seal one basement window as well as re-point some mortar joints in the brink chimney. When the crew came they went to work. They also did an admirable job protecting our plants. An old section of of a 6' high stockade fence had to be removed and I bough a new section and the crew was happy to put that up. When they water tested the wall they found a small leak. They re-did the sealant and that did the trick. Randy came out and supervised critical parts of the job. He was great to work with and happily fixed a few small things at the end. Randy really cares about doing the job right. I am 100% pleased with the work they did. I watched over much of the repair and everything was done correct and by the book. Overall I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Chamberlin-Washington and their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"We were quoted a price of $195 to re-install our existing mailbox on a new post that would look as much like our neighbors' as possible, and we double-checked to be sure that this price included all labor, parts, etc before proceeding. The mailbox was instead mounted on a much thicker, stronger post and we were charged $250. We don't dispute the quality of the work, which looks good (it is all 4x6 whereas everyone else on the block has 4x4). But we wish we had been consulted beforehand about the change in plans and the extra expense."

"<p>They call to check on stuff so I still use them. They came out last fall because it is an annual thing; it is part of the annual contract. They just emailed me saying they would be out the Wednesday before Thanksgiving between 1 and 3 in the afternoon. That is just not a good time. There were a lot of options but the timing just did not work in my schedule. That was the first time that has happened. In the past the scheduling has not been an issue. I have had them for a while. I have not seen any bugs in my house. They gave me a window of time and they came on the early end of the window. </p>"

"From the first call Randy and Zach were really helpful. They handled all of the insurance paper work. They showed up on time and left the work area cleaner then it was before they came. I would have them back anytime. <br />"

"We bought a building that was going to be demolished in the Page extension/ Hwy 364 route. We owned property adjacent to the building and had Expert House Movers move the structure approximately 1000 foot across a roadway and onto a new foundation. I was amazed that they were able to do it without any of the brick fascade cracking/crumbling. Before the building was lifted and moved, we inspected the interior of the building and took a black marker to areas of interior drywall cracking. After having them lift and move the building, there were no new cracks and the existing cracks were unchanged. I couldn't believe it. I would highly recommend them. It's unbelievable to see the buildings and structures they have moved. <br />"

"He called me back on the 15th and told me he would do the job for so much so I called him the 16th and told him that I would hire him for the amount he proposed to do the job. I had all the materials he would need and he came on the 21st with his wife and put up the dry wall and a small amount of ceiling we had to replace. He also added to the tile we had on the floor already and blended the two tiles together perfectly. His framing was excellent job and was very professional in his work ethic. They cleaned up the area where they worked and also cut a small cupboard piece out that was very annoying for no extra charge. He is the best contractor I have seen in a long time in this area."
