"Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"V & C was very courteous on the phone and in person. They did an excellent job of making sure that everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. They arrived when they said they would and finished in a very timely. They completed several minor repairs as well as removing totally useless gutter covers I had installed many years ago. I will happily hire them again!"

"I was impressed with the promptness of the response to my assessment package bought from angies list and also surprised that no acual shingle or replacement work on the roof was recommended despite past leaks in the flat roof which was repaired==I was not. I was not aware the rear gutter was separating from the roof and the wood behind it was rotting. i will probably replace the gutter as soon as I can get a second estimate. McKay's estimate was $1500 to obtain a guttter that does not require periodic cleaning and $3200 to do all the gutters at the same time.

"It went well. The gutters are very clean. Following an inspection of the roof, they repaired some loose shingles and replaced some missing and damaged shingles and installed two boot collars."

"Supreme Window and Door provided awesome service. Albert came to our home and provided an estimate. There was no pressure and just a straight forward discussion about the windows and the price. When we told him we were getting another estimate, he said great and to just let him know whenever we made our decision.
Carl came to measure the windows, and then returned to install them. The windows are a huge upgrade from our previous metal frame windows. They slide open and shut with ease, are a breeze to clean, and most importantly, help tremendously with the energy efficiency.
We had two different install dates; the first day was 11 windows, and the last three windows about two weeks later. This turned out to be great since our two cats messed up some of the caulk around two of the windows. We called Albert and without any hesitation, he said Carl would be able to fix it. It was so nice that even though we wrecked the caulk, Supreme Window and Door fixed it and it looks perfect.
Being a "perfectionist", the attention to detail during the install went a long way. The windows fit tight, and the caulk is as smooth as I have ever seen. The wrapping of the window sills on the exterior of the house looks great too.
All in all, we highly recommend Supreme Window and Door and one of our family members is getting an estimate for their house!
