All arrived quickly and were good quality; however, had some damage caused by the shipping company. Contacted Mark Ivan in customer service who immediately shipped an entire new set. Those pads were also slightly damaged. Again Mark shipped a third set. I was astonished and delighted with customer service and quality of the product. The work had to be done by a certain date, and he met the deadline. He cleaned and repaired gutters and downspouts, repaired the roof, cleaned and repainted the exterior (including the trim on the windows and doors), add lighting for the carport area, repaired and/or replaced some the walls of the carports and painted all of them, made and installed new flower boxes for the front of the building, installed new porch lights, made and installed new signs for the carport numbers, trimmed some trees, and much more. He kept in touch with me about how the work was progressing and send photos of the work he was doing. He also offered suggestions about ways to make the property look better. These were commissioned by a particular client and designed to his individual needs. \n\nWe specialize in small jobs and well as large. \n\nI design and build one project at a time. Design phases consist of an initial visit with you. You give me your ideas, likes and dislikes, in wood, color, and so on. I will then produces and rough free hand sketch along with an estimate. We will then meet again at that meeting you will either be delighted or send me on my way. If you like what you see I will then produce drawings that I can build from. I will then get your signature and a 50% down payment. My next step is then to purchase materials and hardware and start on your project. Time frame for production depends on the size of the piece.\n
