"Eran and his team were great. I had agreed to remodel my bathroom before moving in to my new house. It turned into quite an adventure once structural problems were identified during demo. Eran worked with me on trying to keep the bathroom timeline on track as I worked to get other contractors in to fix the other problems.  And they worked above and beyond in motivating me when the other contractors were late. We did run in to a slowdown at the end of the project and better communication would have been recognized - the problem was with a supplier outside of Eranâ s control. The end result was a slip at the end date for the project. Once everything worked out, I was very happy with the end result."

"Full kitchen and bathroom remodel. (Loft condo) From my initial meetings with Anar the owner, to meeting the team that did the install It was an entirely stellar experience. Anar presented me with samples and a clear understanding of the project scope. A project manager was assigned that came out to the site on a regular basis to monitor progress and quality. The two gentleman that came out to do the installation were personable..and maintained a clean workspace and professional attitude throughout. Both obviously skilled for the job duties. There was great care taken during the project on communication regarding the installations, and leaving the site as undisturbed as possible (clean) and with respect to property rules. (Condo). The fixtures and materials offered were all top quality and brands. Project oversight and city permits were all handled by the project manager. A very high level of communication and attention to detail were provided throughout the project. My spouse and I are very happy with the results, and this is added tremendously to the value of the property. "We hired GWC (Gary Ward Contractor) to remodel our beachside efficiency condo in Long Beach, CA, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Gary completely transformed our compact space—gutting everything but the bathroom—and brought our vision to life with precision and craftsmanship. Working with our designer and architect, Gary opened up the main living area and installed a stunning, multifunctional Murphy bed system from Resource Furniture (Italy). It doubles as a desk and TV station by day and converts to a bed at night. To offset the loss of closet space, he built a gorgeous custom wardrobe with drawers, plus a built-in refrigerator that blends seamlessly into the cabinetry. He also handcrafted all the kitchen cabinets, installed quartzite countertops, a designer backsplash, new sink and faucet, and repainted the entire unit with great attention to detail.
