With the help of his architect Matt was able to present me with multiple choices based on the open floor plan that I wanted in the main living area. This included tearing down an attached room and building a beautiful sunlit addition that extended the kitchen area and added a sun room. Matt and his site lead Carlos also creatively found space to add a full second bathroom to make the house an efficient 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. I can’t say enough about the quality of the work and the amazing interior design selections such as cabinets, windows, flooring and associated hardware that made this house my dream come true."

James Im was a breath of fresh air after meeting with several other window company salespeople--just down-to-earth, knowledgeable and straight forward (as opposed to the more intense sales tactics we had experienced!). Follow up by email and phone was easy and the financing options worked well for us. James introduced us to the Compositwood products from Interstate Windows, which look and function beautifully. He had good suggestions for keeping the look consistent with the rest of our 1920's home. We wouldn't have found this brand otherwise but very glad we did! "My washer/dryer combined unit was in a closet in my condo.  [It was build long ago so placement there was really the only option.] Unfortunately, the motor burned out due to a short in the electrical outlet.  I decided I wanted a new full-size washer and dryer.  But, the door to the closet was too narrow (24") for modern appliances (27").  I first needed to get the door replaced.
Now, since the unit I live in is so old, I knew the process of replacing it would be a pain.  You really have no idea what you will find in the walls until you try to take them down. The door frame itself was solid iron.  My walls are plaster with concrete.  The result was a door that was very well built and would not come out of the wall.  At least not willingly.
I bought the deal on Angie's List because it was very good.  I was not in a big hurry to get it done as I was using a wash and fold service (which was very convenient).  I also knew I wouldn't be able to have workers in my house for a couple of weeks.  As it was, Mr. Marcos and Nancy wanted to get going more quickly than I was!
Mr. Marcos came out to my home and reviewed all that I wanted done.  He told me what he could do and about how long it would take.  Nancy was very easy to deal with.
The workers were professional, courteous and very eager to work.  The quality was great.  I now have a closet for the laundry and two sets of french doors which really make the rooms nice!  I'm very pleased.  I will definitely use them again when I need more work done."
