"2 men replaced one 6x8 foot section of pool screen as scheduled. After they finished and left, I noticed the screen wire weave was tighter than the original screen weave. Because of the tighter weave in the new screen, it was darker than the adjoining sections of original screen & therefore seeing thru it was not as good as seeing thru the original adjoining screens. They returned 2 days later & replaced it at no additional cost. Moral of the story: check out the new screen weave before installation to ensure it matches your original screen."

"Jacksonville Screen completely rescreened our pool enclosure, including replacing all door hardware and all tapcons.  Mr. Hamm responded to our request for an estimate within a couple of hours and came to our house the next day to take measurements.  He was courteous, prompt and professional at all times.  He provided an estimate before leaving and later emailed the estimate to me.  After obtaining several other estimates, we advised Mr. Hamm that we would like him to perform the job.  He scheduled the job for two days later.  Mr. Hamm and his co-worker arrived at the expected time and completed the entire job in just two days.  Their work was impeccable.  They cleaned up the pool enclosure after the first day of work and again upon completion.  The pool enclosure now looks like it is brand new.  I would highly recommend Jacksonville Screen.
