"quoted me fairly and got the work done within the quote he had originally provided. I was selling my home and he was able to paint the interior, remodel and clean most of the upstairs apartment and took care of many other items i needed. The work was finished to my expectations at a more than fair price. Hard working and reliable I would for sure hire again and recommend."

"Excellent - great quality and great turnaround time. Would highly recommend and will be using again."

"Very professional and honest contractor. He did a wonderful job and definitely would recommend it to anyone."

"Ron (owner of Daniel's Construction) was wonderful to work with. After a demolition, with everything needed to be put in place, from the ground up, Ron built out the framing, plumbing and electric ground work and created 2 beautiful bathrooms (tiled shower and floor), a kitchenette and an area for a clawfoot tub and vanity. Ron is a hard working guy with a great attitude. I have a couple other future projects that I will look to him to take on. Excellent experience, totally satisfied, highly recommended!"

"Andy was my savior. I was getting my 1861 farmhouse ready to sell, and there was so much I could not do. Andy stepped in, did everything from cleaning out and closing up an unused chimney to painting! I tried to remove wallpaper from an old plaster wall, and gouged holes everywhere. Andy fixed the whole wall, painted it, and the room looked beautiful!! I could always count on Andy for beautiful work, a professional job, and his ability to bail me out of whatever mess I had gotten myself into. Thank you Andy!!"

"Excellent david and his crew were very professional. Those guys are true professionals. I watched them work for a few and i can say im very impressed by the manor those guys carry themselves"

"Fantastic. My first call or recommendation when I need work done around the home."

"I hired splash painting and remodeling to remodel my kitchen and bathroom to make wheelchair accessible for my handicap father and in addition to doing the kitchen and bathroom remodel they also cut a whole in the side of my house where my fathers bedroom is in order to add a fire exit with the attached ramp so incase of an emergency my father can get out of the house quickly I have never been more impressed with a contractor in my life his need to make everything perfect and he also went out of his way to make sure I was happy every step of the way"

"I couldn't be more pleased with the process and the outcome of this project.  Joe worked with me from beginning to end on what was a complicated retrofit of a deck that had multiple, oddly shaped angles.   He also built an extra set of stairs from the top deck to the side yard.  The deck was especially difficult to demo and build as it is surrounded by ponds.  He met me at the supplier's store twice to go over product and color choices.  He and his staff always cleaned up at the end of the day and took extra care not to contaminate the ponds with construction debris.   He saw issues with electrical outlets that were not to his liking around the ponds and fixed them of his own accord.
This company was one of three estimates I obtained.  The first guy ran for the hills given the size and complexity of the job.  The second estimate was thousands above what Joe quoted.
Joe and his staff always showed up when they said they would and on time... which I have found to be an increasingly rare commodity among contractors these days.  It was refreshing and appreciated.
Joe is an absolute professional and a great guy.  He aims for excellence and it shows.  I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is considering a deck.  As they told me in the store where I picked out my products, "he is the best."
I plan to use him for any and all exterior work I have in the future.  In fact he will be installing a sliding glass door for me in a few weeks.
If you want a deck, this is your man."

"Excellent job. I have been in my house for 14 yrs and have not had a real duct cleaning job since I've been here. I suffer from severe allergies, with a high allergic reaction to mold. Well needless to say, I've been living with the mold in my vents for a very long time. Once my ducts were cleaned and treated, I immediately noticed the air quality difference in my home. My allergies have subsided significantly. I am very pleased with the service AND most of all the price."
