Separate gutter crew came shortly after siding was done. Cost was $28,000 for a 2 story cape with shake siding. We love the shake look compared to traditional horizontal siding, esp for a cape house. Chris Luby was one of the first people we contacted because of the great reviews from the past. His response was quick and personal. "It went great! Nado is wonderful to work with. He's take a real interest in the project and is happy to offer suggestions and even fix existing problems without needing to be asked. For example, he respackled the room two times before painting it (to correct the shoddy job the previous owner did) just to make sure the new work came out nice.
The quality of the work is fantastic as well. He's very knowledgeable about his craft and can handle anything you throw at him (including my crazy ExactTemp valve I had picked out ;-) ) He took care of the plumbing the first day (My condo requires advanced notice to shut off the water so we had to work around their schedule), then spent about 2 days for the rest of the work. He took care of disposing everything and gave the room a good vacuum when he was done.
