He didn't take any measurements, he didn't ask what I wanted done, he just stared. Then he said they'd send someone else out to give me a quote. Well, no one else came. I finally got an estimate via email with no details or information. It just said Fix fence - labor and materials - [price] and screen porch labor and materials [price]. No one asked me for specific information for what I wanted done and the cost to screen the existing porch was insane. You'd think they were going to build the whole dang porch. I didn't respond and hired another company to come out. This company was incredibly unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't recommend them."

"Mr Stone came out a second time to take measurements, etc. and said he would call me with a quote.  I waited a couple of weeks and heard nothing.  Called them back and asked why I hadn't heard from anyone and was told they were trying to get pricing to repair my current cover.  Waited a couple more weeks and called them again.  Mr. Stone came back out on July 31st and took additional measurements or something, I wasn't home at the time but my neighbor told me he had been here, but I have still not heard not gotten a quote, phone call or any word from the company.  
WILL NOT BE USING RAMCO TO REPAIR OR REPLACE MY PATIO COVER.
