Never seemed to have heard of putting a gazebo on a deck. Trent and Vernice were both helpful and kept us informed about everything . "Work was done on time. The only problem was some confusion about the type of window we ordered. We thought we were ordering all slide windows, but some of them were crank windows - what they call "casement" windows. This type of window was never discussed by the salesman. The order form was hard to read, as it was an NCR copy and hand written. This was disappointing. Other than that, it went well. The windows look great and work well.

"The owner came out a few weeks ahead of the actual work being done and gave me an estimate.  He was upfront in telling me that they were pretty busy at the time and that it would be a few weeks before they could accomplish the work.  That was fine with me as I was more concerned that the job was done correctly once they got to it.    After a few weeks had past two men came out and replaced the trim piece that had blown off.  The piece was fairly long, about 20 feet, and located at the top of the gable of the roof.

They worked efficiently and were professional and pleasant in their demeanor.   They even took and disposed of the original piece of broken trim that had blown off that was still laying on the ground - and I hadn't even asked them to do that.

"The owner came out the day I contacted them to give us a quote. The quote was more than reasonable and they said they could begin work right away. The wall was build, sanded, painted and trimmed to match the walls around it. It took a total of two days to complete and they cleaned up once they were done. They were very professional and reasonable on pricing. I would 100% hire again for any job I have around my house."

We didn't have detailed plans, but he was able to complete everything beautifully, and gave us ideas to make everything work together well. "Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."
