We received a couple other quotes, and they were pretty similar in price. We went with USA Water Heaters because they were the only company that told me about the rebates offered by the gas company. They provided all required documentation, without my even having to ask for it. The others were not even sure there were any rebates available. USA Water Heaters arrived on time, completed the job in the time they promised, and did a great job of cleaning up when the job was complete. They were very professional. I would definitely use USA Water Heaters again definitely would recommend them to anyone that needs a new water heater."

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

I was concerned about a water heater replacement and he said that he wanted to see if he could repair it before we even begin to talk about a replacement. He was able to obtain the materials and put in a new hot water pipe and fittings for the water heater and WOW - hot water! "I called and spoke with Angelo.  He gave me an estimated range of how much it would cost, and told me that he could have someone at my house within an hour or two.  A plumber showed up in one hour, unclogged the drain, cleaned up, and charged me within the quoted range.  The service was very good, and the price was very fair.  I would definitely use them again.

Carter came on time, explained the estimate to me for a Bradford-White double insulated 40 gal water heater and installed the same day. The estimate was slightly under the other company and I was able to get a $650 buy-out from my home warranty to put towards it. This was 3 months ago and I'm just getting around to the review. These guys know what they're doing and are very professional. Highly recommend!"
