"I recently had my old water heater replaced by 100% Plumbing Houston, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I called for an estimate, they were professional and transparent about the process and pricing. The technician, who arrived right on schedule, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and helping me choose the right new unit for my home. The installation itself was seamless. He worked efficiently, carefully removed the old unit, and had the new water heater installed and running in no time. He made sure to test everything and even took the time to explain the new unit's features to me. What really stood out was how clean and tidy they were. They put down coverings to protect my floors and left the work area spotless. My new water heater is working perfectly, providing plenty of hot water without any issues. I highly recommend 100% Plumbing Houston for any plumbing needs. Their team is reliable, professional"

"Dennis from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing installed new piping to my main water line after pipes broke during the big freeze. He and his helper were very pleasant and completed the job meticulously and expertly. I couldnâ t ask for a more professional job."

"Excellent. The installer that came was Willie R. My main request was install the faucet that I'd purchased earlier. And he that professionally and all is good on that front. However, I want to add that I am expecting to tackle a big plumbing job ("repiping") early next year and I had a number of questions on that type of job. Willie and I discussed this for about a half hour prior to him tackling the install. He answered all my questions and provided some good insight to that type of job. Additionally, estimates were made and delivered electronically for both the install job and the "future" repiping job prior to any work being done. All-in-All, I am pleased with Show Plumbing, and the tech - Willie - for the work done and the manner in which it was provided."

"Called at 8 am Saturday and on call plumber said he had a scheduled appointment but would be able to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. This company is responsive, honest, and provides great customer service."

"Installed two new water heaters. Service was prompt, courteous, and the work was top-notch. Jon is the ultimate professional. Would highly recommend!"

Usually, the two most important questions you want to be answered are? What?s wrong? ?And? How much is it going to cost? At Luke's Plumbing, we don?t have a problem giving you a price over the phone. Many Houston homeowners who call us are frustrated because they have called other Houston plumbing service companies and have gotten a run-around when it came to getting a price. It is sad to admit that our industry is plagued with plumbers who intentionally will not give you a price or even a ballpark estimate over the phone because they want to get in your home where they can pressure you face to face into spending more than you should. "Water heater issues began back in December on a Sunday. Warren’s reached out then with suggestions and guidance to resolve on my own. After limping for months, had them replace. Outstanding customer service. Made special effort to maintain the cleanliness of the work site (tarps on floors, etc.), worked quietly, efficiently, and very professionally. Very impressed with Warren’s. Will contact first on next plumbing project."

"The basic service call fee for this company was only $35 compared to other plumbing companies in my area who wanted $130 just for coming out to look at our faucet problem, whether they did any repairs or not. The service technician was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient, and we’re pleased with his work. The cost to replace our kitchen faucet and both the hot and cold water emergency valves was reasonable. Not cheap, but reasonable, especially compared to other plumbers I’ve used."
