Gilles sent Justin over the next day, so very quick service. Justin gave me a ballpark price to replace it, which was more in line with what I thought was fair. He also gave me a very fair price to repair it — about a third of what the other contractors quoted. A good chunk money, but a much better option right now. Comparing what the three contractors told me, I’m confident that Justin had it all coveted. He then allowed me to video him, explaining what he did and what I should expect and look out for. He also sold me on their annual maintenance plan, which is a bargain because it includes evaporative cooler startup and shut down."

I was promptly contacted the following morning by an incredibly pleasant, polite, and professional receptionist/scheduler. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, first thing in the morning. I was given a service window of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The plumber arrived at 7:57 a.m. and completed the diagnostic and repair and replacement services, in a workmanlike manner, by 8:50 a.m. The plumber was very competent, pleasant, polite, professional, and respectful. Dylan was able to come straight over, less than 2 hours after I called the house was warm. Luckily it was a simple fix, no parts needed (a spider had built it's web in there), so the whole repair was covered under the $89 service fee. Dylan was respectful of me and of my home. While Elizabeth wasn't on the actual installation team, she was a key team member in helping us discuss the financing of this project. She was fantastic and a true asset to this organization. The project manager was a wonderful salesperson, but left a little lacking in overall communication of project progress. I also wanted to note that Tipping Hat did cover the repair when the electrician had to unexpectedly put a hole in our drywall. It took some prodding on our part, but they did follow through.
