They ran a new, parallel line into the house above the previous leak. They also were able to tell me why we were having problems with the leak and through our wall from the old line. The difference in quality between the two was quite clear. They installed elbow joints instead of bending the copper, rerouted our pressure regulator in front of all other outlets (another mistake, wrapped the copper line with heavy tape before running it through the line so the wall wouldn't rub, and then pressure sealed the wall from both sides. I wish I had used them the first time."

My wife needed to meet G Force at her mom's house to supervise repairs, and they did a great job keeping her informed of their ETA so she had plenty of time to travel to meet them. Once at the house, Tim discovered an issue with the concrete slab where the original toilet sat, which prevented a safe and secure install of the new toilet. He and his supervisor worked with us to recommend a repair and schedule a return visit that worked with my wife's schedule. On the second visit, Tim repaired the concrete, installed the new toilet and adjusted the height of the cutoff valve. Plus, he took a few extra minutes to walk the house (inside and out) with my mother-in-law to check the plumbing to ensure everything was in working order and confirm she knew what to do in the event of a water leak. He even took the time to label the majority of the valves in the house to make things easier for her. "Did good work but after speaking with some other companies that called me back, they over charged by 50+%. 3850.00 and the tech was done in 3 hours. Over 1000.00 an hour seems insane. It might have been another 100-200 worth of materials. They made it seem like they were doing a lot more work than was actually done/needed. Basically they said you have to replace all the gas lines. So I thought that meant all the lines and the price was pretty fair. They had to replace 1 line for a total of maybe 30ft of pipe and they didnâ t even fix the wall were they cut the drywall to run the pipe. Agains at almost 4000 I figured they would at least do that."
