I then decided it was time and contacted the contractor again. He sent me an updated quote and the project was scheduled. It's now installed and I'm very happy with how it turned out. "Kirt was very fast and he cleaned up after each visit.  The total job took about 10 to 12 hours which was spread over a week.  The time span allowed for having to apply multiple coats of mud to cover walls that were not flat and straight.  I was told at time of quote it would take several visits to cover all the problems with the drywall.
