"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The staff at 24/7 are top-notch professionals in every respect. Aubrey was clear regarding the needed repairs and due to a broken pipe, he rearranged his schedule to enable service restoration the same day the restoration service (Five Star) had completed nearly all the restoration of the crawl space (Aubrey also referred the Restoration Company and coordinated with them--outstanding service!!). Taylor, the Office Manager, kept my wife and me informed every step of the way regarding when the various repairs were about to be performed, etc., etc. She was invaluable to the plumbing team as well as to us, the customers! To top it off, the price charged was far below my expectations, and the work performed by Aubrey and Taylor was exceptional. We will call Taylor for all of our plumbing needs in the future!! I would rate them 6 stars if I could!!"
