"The electrical cord did not reach the outlet box so I have to use an extension cord to operate the door opener. Tech said that if an inspector looked at it that this would be illegal Wondered why the motor was installed in this matter. I paid, I believe over $800 for substandard work. Now I need an electrician to correct the problem. I'm not satisfied with this job."

"He arrived on-time, recognized it was a broken door opener, suggested a replacement and installed it. Straight forward encounter."

"Had a terrific experience with Roman from Doorgi garage doors. Had a broken spring and bracket which he quickly repaired, as well as some helpful advice on maintenance and options for the future. And it was at a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to use them again when it’s time for me to replace my garage door opener!"

"The technician who did the work was very nice, explained what is needed, etc. The initial quote was quite high and then he called Door-Mart to ask if there is discount to apply and got 10% off the initial price. I am under the impression that going through HomeAdvisor means I am getting the best value and I do not have to bargain. This was disappointing. Eventually I paid $736 to replace two springs for a standard 2 car home garage, I think the price is still high. I went with Door-Mart because my car was stuck inside the garage and need to get the work done."

"Our garage door broke on a Friday; not the opener, but the actual door was warped and wouldn't close. It is very uncomfortable to have a gaping hole in the front of the house. They came out that day, clearly expressed what could be done quickly and what options we had if we wanted to wait. Every one we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. By Sunday afternoon the new door was in place and looking great."

"Door broke at 7 called at 8 and a technician was at my home around 9. Worker -Amir was prompt , professional and friendly . Explained everything in plain simple English he was not pushy or tried to upsell me anything."

"Quick response and repair to garage door."

"These guys are great. My garage door was broken and ended up needing to be replaced entirely. Other companies I called didn't call me back or had long wait times, where these guys came out the next day. John was really nice, worked quickly and explained everything in and way I understood. He came back a few days later and dropped off an extra door opener as he had promised, and I was impressed he remembered. Definitely recommend these guys.

"went well. My garage door was ~25 years old. The technician gave me a few options and in the end it seemed like replacing the garage door would be a better option. They gave me a great deal i couldn't refuse and i ended up changing the garage door to a brand new insulated one with an advanced controller that had all kinds of technical plus safety features. The replacement also happened within 2 days."

"I would highly recommend halcyon to anyone needing garage door work done. It started with a phone call from Beth. She was most friendly and a pleasure to work with on the phone. Anthony came and was a pleasure also. He was efficient and knowledgeable."
