"I discovered Deck and Shed Pros while planning to add a garden shed to my property. After shopping the many options for fully constructed sheds, it became evident that there was not going to be an easy way to get a fully constructed shed into my fenced backyard (by accessing a neighbor’s yard, tearing down part of a privacy fence, sloping yards, etc.). I contacted Jim and Jen at Deck and Shed Pros, where they helped me to purchase a shed that was pre-fabricated in pieces and could be delivered through the existing gate! Because I had been shopping and knew what I wanted, the ordering process moved very quickly, but I noticed the company offers a full variety of sheds and buildings to choose from (identical to the fully constructed sheds I had looked at). While the shed was being constructed, Jim provided a status each week of the progress and planned delivery timeframe. On the delivery date, workers assembled the shed in under 8 hours. They were hard-working, courteous, and left the yard clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Deck and Shed Pros to anyone who is shopping for a shed or outbuilding, but most especially if you have a hard to reach area or yard! Everyone was professional, helpful, and friendly to work with and they accomplished everything as promised. Five starts to Deck and Shed Pros—I would definitely work with them again!"

"Tom and his son Tommy did a wonderful job. Removing our relatively new railing and then replacing it back after the deck was completed was a challenge that other contractors could not guarantee. The railings went back exactly as before, without any damage or lost pieces. They arrived on time and removed all of the old cedar two level decking. They made sure all of the sub-structure was in good condition, and replaced/reinforced where ever was necessary. They even demolished the existing steps, and built an entire new stairs. I had an existing problem with wood rot under my sliding glass door, but Tom adding flashing and insured that the new decking was slightly sloped away from the door to keep rain and moisture away from the wood base. Their overall workmanship was outstanding. They cleaned up the premises so well, that you wouldn't even know they were here. We had received estimates from several companies, but what we liked about Russett was that they only do decks, and they do it themselves......no subcontracting. I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"This company actually listened to what I wanted. We had a 40 year-old upper and lower outside deck that structurally was sound. If I were to replace these decks as suggested by several companies, my guess is it would have cost $35,000. This company assessed my decks from a structural standpoint and determined that they could rehab the deck with long lasting materials and my deck would be something I would be proud of. I am and they did the work in a week and a half at about one third of the cost of building a new deck. I highly recommend them."

"I talked to many (I'm a bit embarrassed to say how many!) deck builders to get quotes on replacing my wooden deck with a composite deck from spring until early fall 2019. I was looking for a combination of the right price, outstanding customer service, and feeling confident that the contractor would do the job right. While there were a few other companies that engendered confidence and showed good customer service, I felt their prices were too high. One or two others had very good prices, but these were more along the lines of two guys with a pickup truck, without a company standing behind their work. Good thing I kept looking, because with DeckMasters, they hit it out of the park on all fronts. The guy who came out to scope out and estimate the job, David Loghin, was knowledgeable and was flexible in presenting options. "Everything went very well. Rus came and gave an in-person estimate, and the price was competitive even though they had to refinish by hand (rather than spray) due to the landscaping around the deck. His team worked very hard when the weather allowed them to, so the job was done in a timely manner. I would recommend them."

"Representative was very friendly and made an appointment to come to our home to put together an estimate. He was very knowledgeable about fencing, materials, etc. I was impressed with the sample materials that he brought to demonstrate the quality of their product. He also explained that, since they do things the right way, their company's estimate would undoubtedly be higher than the others I would receive. Fair enough--I appreciated being told upfront. I also understand that you get what you pay for. But, everything in life is a cost-benefit analysis. After assuring the rep we would be in contact once we made a decision, he stated that he definitely would not be hassling me to pressure me into going with his company. As it turns out, of the many companies that I reached out to, this rep kept badgering me with more and more messages. Other companies might send one or two follow up emails, but this guy was persistent! Even after gently informing him that it is simply not in our budget (their quote was $3700 more than two of the lower bids we received), he would still send messages telling me how our fence wouldn't last since we are going with a subpar company. I have no doubt they do excellent work, but they also need to respect that customers are going to request multiple quotes and not everyone is able to go with their company"
