"I had a crack in the foundation of my basement, and during a period of heavy rain, the water pored in. After calling about 3 companies, Waterproofing Inc. was the best deal. Other more Well-known companies either didn't return my call, or came and gave me an estimate of $4000 (started around $6000 and deducted "discounts" worth $2000 - what a joke) to dig a 4 by 4 trench outside of the house and patch the crack from the outside, asked me to get a permit to dig at my own expenses (which was totally not needed and mentioned the job would be done in a day. Steve came, gave me an $800 quote and got the job done in less than a couple hours. Him and his crew were very professional, prompt, courteous, and did a great job cleaning up! I was amazed by the honesty and speedy resolution to the problem. It's been almost 4 months and not a drop of water has sipped in! I would recommend them to all my friends and family. "Wonderful. There are few things worse than going down to your basement and finding muddy water pooled on the floor. We were able to take care of the standing water; however, we had to find the source of the leak. We called MJ Home and they were able to come out the same day, give an assessment, and by that evening we had an estimate. Another representative came out the following day to meet with my husband and discuss the exact plan of attack and the following day they were out there and the job was completed. I would not have asked for better service."

"We had a horrendous situation with a basement floor installation that went wrong leaving our house full of fumes, and a week later we discovered our basement was contaminated by asbestos in the process.  When we called Bill and Contractors Unlimited, they were extremely responsive.  Although other companies gave us bids, Bill was able to work his schedule to fit us in weeks sooner than the others.  Although the cost was a bit more, that saved us money because we were displaced and could not even go into our house because of the fumes.  CU set up negative air machines to replace the air, they followed asbestos abatement laws, they cleaned every item that could be salvaged in our house.  They even saved more than we thought which really reduced our overall expense.  Bill and his team were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and really went out of their way to ease our stress from this situation.  At the end of their process, Bill arranged for a air quality inspection which we happily passed - able to return home.  I would gladly recommend Contractors Unlimited for asbestos abatement.  I just wish we had called them before the floor guys  created such a disaster.  Thank you Bill!

"Kelly saved the day for us. We contacted about 8 other plumbing companies and no one wanted to take the job. We have a 1920's house that still has some original plumbing fixtures. Including a 1920 low tank that the wax seal had broken on. The toilet sits on a sloped surface so a modern toilet isn't necessarily an option. They arrived a little early, which was great. Cost was a little more than some of the quotes for just replacing a wax seal, but given the complexity of the toilet we don't think it was unfair. The plumber was very experienced and certainly knew what he was doing. We'd had other plumbers come and refuse to touch the toilet due to the age and installation. It's been over a week and no leaks or issues anywhere. We'd definitely use them again!"

It was pretty good, not an A experience -- but a B.  The price was very good and the work was acceptable.  They were not super professional -- some late projects.  Something was backordered, a subcontractor didn't show, the assistant wasn't working out -- so the projects took longer than initially planned.  And in terms of quality they were pretty good.  The dormers that were wrapped in aluminum look great.  The concrete work was excellent.   The plumbing and electrical work were great.  The interior paint was pretty good - it was also a great price so no complaints.  A shutter they secured fell off.  And the gutter detached -- but they repaired it. The shingles they replaced when they put the new rake board on fell off -- on both sides of the house.  They didn't think it was related, but the shingles were fine for 15+ years before they removed them and tacked them back down.  So we disagree on this point.  I should have brought it their attention earlier.  Overall, they did a lot of very good work at an excellent price.

"Great, provider was very friendly and did a great job.  Left no mess behind and told me about the damage to the inner parts of my chimney.  He said it needed to be replaced but wasn't being a pushy salesman and even said to get some quotes and call them back he I don't find a better deal.  They were on the expensive side when it came to replacing the panels tho.  But overall I would use them again to clean my chimney.
