"I highly recommend this waterproofing company! From my very first contact with them—even before I hired them—they were kind, patient, and extremely helpful. My basement was flooding, and the initial person I spoke with immediately made me feel relieved and confident that I was in good hands. The entire team provided excellent service from start to finish. I’m very happy with the work they did! They were so neat with my house making sure none of the floors got messed up. They even steeped the porch outside when they were done. The test not a drop of water anywhere. Thank you so much. I forgot names. The lady in the office is wondering as well. Prompted!!!! They didn’t take are to give an estimate like other companies. 🙌🙌👍👍💪"

"Exceeded my expectation with waterproofing my entire basement + window wells. These guys are the real deal! I worked with Rob and I was educated and all my concerns were addressed. They do it right by you, the contract missed a window well and they were able to addressed that without having to go through a whole new quote/contract. Helped move some furniture around and left the place clean."

"I've had four previous foundation contractors come to the house who performed inspections of the foundation and all gave different answers. Howard Glancy with JES was the first to expertly use laser measurements and moisture readings to accurately diagnose the problem. His detailed explanations of the issues matched the readings and physical signs of the problems(cracked bricks, drywall, some mold, and bowing basement wall). He certainly gained my trust where the others did not and although extremely expensive, the costs did not seem unreasonable given the work that needed to be done to properly secure and waterproof my foundation and I signed the contract with JES. Hopefully the job will be as effective and professional as the inspection."

"We had a great experience hiring '58 Foundations to waterproof our basement! Lon was our salesperson, and he came and explained the work that would be necessary to ensure that water would never flood our basement again. We appreciated him taking the time to explain how the whole process worked, and providing us with the option to finance the project to make it affordable for us. We had Brett Boyles and his crew, John and Clarence, come to do the work, and they did a fantastic job! Brett even came to show us the progress in the middle of the project and explained every detail of the work that was being done. He was very professional and we appreciated how he gave us peace of mind about everything once the project was completed. I would highly recommend '58 Foundations for anything basement-related. We appreciate your business - thank you!"

"I would recommend MD Waterproofing to everyone I know. I can't praise them enough. They were so professional and sensitive to my every need. They had a supervisor who was so knowledgeable about this labor sensitive job, and the workers were courteous and hard working. When the job was completed in two days, everything was put back in place and the basement was cleaner than when they started! I am so pleased I used this company!"

"Had difficulty nailing down date for crew to come out and install new sump pump & trench. Once we nailed it down, they arrived at said date of service and did the work quickly, efficiently, and professionally. However, they left a lot of dust and smeared mud on the floor of our basement. It took almost 4 hours to fully mop everything up and wipe everything down."

"I found Waterproofing Inc. on Angie's List. The estimate was quick and easy. The crew came over a week later. They arrived at 8:15am and finished the job at 5:00pm. They worked hard and fast. This was dirty hot work and the never slowed down, amazing!"

"extremely pleased with this company - beginning with the prompt estimate appointment, a thorough review of our water and mold situation and an estimate prepared and reviewed with me before he left. After comparing to 3 other companies, the choice was very clear. They could eliminate the mold inside AND address the source of the water problem outside. The work was scheduled for the same week, and the crew was very professional. They treated our home with great care, and completed the work in the time promised, leaving it as clean (or cleaner!) than they found it. We are very happy with their work, and would definitely recommend!"
