Again, my goal was to go tankless; however, after Tanner from The Water Heather company surveyed my property and went over all my options, it was determined the configuration of my main gas line and proper placement of the unit would not be conducive to install a tankless unit as there were many obstacles, hours of labor, and resorting back to a tank heater would be the best option for me. Tanner suggested I go with a company called Bradford White, which has fantastic reviews and a unit that will give me some longevity. I decided to have Tanner install the unit, which included all-new copper fittings and much more. Therefore, I felt comfortable working with The Water Heater Company to install my new Bradford White gas tank water heater. "Would highly recommend Drain Town Rooter to anyone. May be a funky company name but they did a great job on my Tankless water heater install. Ryan was excellent and even came back after I removed the old tank box/stand, had some drywall repair and painting done, to re-route the pressure relief pipe straight down which had been routed around the old tank box. Cosmetic but much cleaner looking. I’d hire them for other plumbing jobs as well."
