"The Water Heater Guys were awesome! You could see they really care about their customers. They came in and diagnosed the problem. We needed a new hot water. They made sure and got everything taken care of for us and had our new hot water heater installed right away. They went above and beyond!! I would definitely recommend them!!"

"I hired Hope Plumming to replace my sewer line, after my old clay sewer line collapsed. It happened 2 days before Christmas, and Hope, was super responsive and helpful to get the job done, as there were some challenges, due to winter with extenuating weather circumstances. They went above and beyond helping to keep my neighbors updated as my line required use of a mutually shared alley. Since then they have also installed a new water heater and water softener. As a repeat customer I would definitely recommend the team at Hope!"

"The water heater installation was adequate. They could have been more professional. They put the water heater on the carpet without any protection before installing. They asked me for my own towel to mop up water from the floor. They did not wear booties."

"Said I needed to approach city or county about repair as it was their responsibility (water run-off drain); suggested I might even need to involve the Mayor's Action Committee (implying he didn't think the county/city would "get around" to the job without taking it to the mayor.) "Oh Good!" but probably helpful, knowledgeable advice!"
