He was very timely for our appointment and called us prior to arrival to assure us of his arrival time. He used protective covering on doors and doorways to protect our home from his cleaning equipment and performed some extra steps to remove the furniture dimples left behind as all our furniture had been removed. "It was excellent. They were very professional. They showed me all the stuff that came out. I said, "Oh my gosh, I cleaned this like several years ago." They cleaned it for me several years ago. He said they recommended it every five years, but I do mine every couple of years. I thought they did great on that. I could have got a better price somewhere else, maybe a little less expensive. I live 40 to 45 minutes from where they are located. So to drive out here and drive back, it's an hour and a half and then to do the work. So really, the price is probably not that bad. I'm wondering if that would have been the same price as if I would be in town."
