"Came a day early to get my water repaired great friendly people"

"The initial response was very quick and Jeremy gave us a thorough explanation of what to expect. The very next morning, he was able to come to our house, check out our water heater and go over everything that it was going to take to replace the old unit. We found that this company, Water Heaters Express, was very professional, knowledgeable, and had the experience that we wanted when it came to replacing our older unit. Could not believe how quickly the job was completed from start to finish!! Would absolutely recommend Water Express Heaters, veteran owned and operated!!!"

"Contacted Hope Plumbing on a Monday morning and they were able to provide the estimate and installation the same day. Ryan was friendly and professional. Our water heater was under warranty so he was able to pick up a replacement using the authorization code from the water heater company. GmWe are glad to have hot water again!"

"I think it was fine. Actually, my wife coordinated that one but I don't think we have any problems with it. I'm not sure if we paid extra charge aside from the deal because  I wasn't at home when the guy came out to do the job. We've used them before and they are the one who installed the water system in our house. I don't think they standout exemplary or horribly bad but the service that they have provided to us was what we expected."

"I arranged for the heater to be checked on Wednesday the 4th.  Before the service call Andrew called and was able to save to time and effort from looking at cell phone photos of the problem.   The plumber who perfromed the installation arrived on schedule with the new water heater.  Installation was quick and the job was completed in about 2 hours time.  Hot water was restored and my wife was very happy.   Service was very quick and the price was quite reasonable.   I was very happy that the job could be done well and at such a good price.

"My tenant was with the plumber (this is my personal residence I am renting, not a rental property). He was on time, polite, did the job properly, and gave us feedback on potential issues. I will be calling on them again to work on my mother's home, as well as this property.

"Our heating unit stopped working the first evening of continued sub-zero temps this past February. It was a Friday evening and we called two companies, one of which wasn't available, and the other which came and gave a diagnosis. The diagnosis was to replace both the inside and outside units, costing well over $12,000, and we were left to have someone call us on Monday to order parts and to (hopefully) have repaired on Tuesday. This would have left our family with 5 young children in a home with zero heat and sub-zero temps over a 4-day period. A friend of ours heard our situation and suggested we reach out to Integrated Mechanical. We called late Friday, they came out first thing Saturday morning, suggested we start by replacing one part of the inside heat unit first, drove to Fisher's to retrieve the part, replaced it, and by lunch Saturday we had warm air heating our home. The unit is still working great a month later. I was impressed with the professionalism, honest work, and genuine care Integrated Mechanical gave our family and cannot recommend them enough."

"Had a water heater installed. Tony did a great job!"

"I received a buyer's inspection report and items they wanted fixed before sale, including adding a separated valve to the water heater, extending a drain line under a crawlspace and a sink leak. As always, R.T. Moore's plumbing guys came through for me, and got everything done a few days after my call. I have sworn by these guys for years now, and continue to sing their praises. They are top-notch professionals who never rip me off and do things right the first time. Highly rated."

"Owner Lee Haas was very professional and precise. He was extremely cautious to make sure that everything that was being ordered was correct. He came daily to make sure everything was proceeding to our liking and his standards. Installers, Doug, Jon, and Mike, were very courteous and took pains to be precise in their craft. They even discovered something that had been installed by the original company that was not to code and potentially dangerous. Tarps and sheets were spread on our floors to prevent accidental damage. A tarp was spread in our garage to collect all the debris; and when they finished in the garage, the entire garage was swept clean! Some stone was ground off on our deck; and when they completed, they took a hose and washed off the entire deck! We are extremely pleased with our new fireplace. And, we are very pleased with Firewater and the way we were treated!"
