"Discovered my water heater had went out over night and was leaking all over my garage. Called Water Heater Express out of the blue at 8 a.m. and they were at my door by 9:30. After assessing the situation and taking a few measurements I was given an estimate which was right in align with what I was thinking I would be spending. So, I told them to go ahead and do it. The tech said he was going to go get my new heater and asked if I could move a few things. Seems like I just got done moving stuff and he was back already, very quick. Now, my water softener was in his way too so he had to disconnect it and move it out of his way. All in all he was on his way by 11:45! This includes going to get the water heater, disconnecting and moving the water softener, installing the heater, reinstalling the softener, getting the unit going, clean up, and informing me as to how everything works. "The job was clean, timely, and efficient.  I was glad to find a local small business to send the work to.  I would recommend them again for sure.  My only regret is that we waited 5 years to call them!  I can't believe how much difference having a water softner makes!  
I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.

"I arranged for the heater to be checked on Wednesday the 4th.  Before the service call Andrew called and was able to save to time and effort from looking at cell phone photos of the problem.   The plumber who perfromed the installation arrived on schedule with the new water heater.  Installation was quick and the job was completed in about 2 hours time.  Hot water was restored and my wife was very happy.   Service was very quick and the price was quite reasonable.   I was very happy that the job could be done well and at such a good price.

"Our heating unit stopped working the first evening of continued sub-zero temps this past February. It was a Friday evening and we called two companies, one of which wasn't available, and the other which came and gave a diagnosis. The diagnosis was to replace both the inside and outside units, costing well over $12,000, and we were left to have someone call us on Monday to order parts and to (hopefully) have repaired on Tuesday. This would have left our family with 5 young children in a home with zero heat and sub-zero temps over a 4-day period.
