"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I had Service Today! complete two separate projects for me. First, I had an ice dam fall on my A/C condenser last winter and needed repair/replacement for an insurance claim. Second, I replaced my old water heater and boiler with a new combined tankless boiler & water heater unit. This involved complete repiping in the basement since I was also moving the mechanicals as part of a basement renovation. It was a large and complicated project, and ServiceToday! was awesome.
